		<description>SMTP AUTH is your friend.  Configure a server back in NC to accept connections on port 587 with authorization via username and password.  This is called SMTP AUTH.  Then you can relay mail as a roaming user.

Also, if the restriction on where you can send from is due to an SPF record, then you can add additional mail sources to the record.  If you own the domain, you should be able to change the DNS records it contains.  http://new.openspf.org</description>

		<description>Wow Jeff... things are really moving forward.  On a personal note, WV is closer to IN than NC was... not that my wife ever lets me take long trips when we&#039;re visiting relatives.  ;)

Also, a very happy birthday to you!  Just think... four more years and you&#039;ll be a perfect square!  Here&#039;s hoping that the move goes smoothly and that you find a place to live that&#039;s to your satisfaction.  Take it from me... a big back yard is a big bonus.  During our years of renting, we only had one house that had a small backyard... which was a bit scary for the swingset.  :)</description>
