It doesn't have built-in Bluetooth; actually, aside from the Wii (remotes), I don't think I actually own a Bluetooth-enabled device. Maybe my current cell phone, but I've never used it with anything. However, ordovice's suggestion of an external optical mouse has worked out fairly well. I also caught myself using it on the few rare things where the stylus is more awkward than a mouse. But thanks for the suggestion.

Did you get the built in bluetooth? If you did you could get a bluetooth mouse. It isn't cheap, but the Mogo mouse (http://www.newtonperipherals.com/index.html) would slide into your tablet and keep it all together.

That might be a possibility. I doubt having the mouse plugged in will affect the cursor, so long as I keep the mouse relatively still so it won't compete for control. One real advantage of the tablet, though, is the ability get up and move around as needed. I'm usually never far from a power outlet (just because I don't trust laptop batteries much), but swinging around one more cord might be a bit more cumbersome. I'll have to try it and see how it works.

Jeff,
Why not cheat a bit and just get a small cheap optical mouse that you can leave plugged in while you're working, or does that not work on the tablet while in tablet orientation?
